Fertilization & weed control
Pre-emergent in early spring, broadleaf control, and timed feedings matched to fescue or warm-season turf.
Aeration & overseeding
Core aeration and fescue overseeding packages, Standard or Premium, in September and October, the best window for Middle Tennessee lawns.
Cleanups & leaf removal
Bed cleanout, cutback, and leaf removal hauled off-site or mulched back into the lawn.
Mulch & bed care
Fresh hardwood or pine-straw installs, crisp bed edges, and hand-weeding between visits.
Shrub, Hedge & Tree Trimming
Shaping for boxwoods, hollies, ornamental grasses and small trees, with debris cleaned up the same visit.
Residential lawn care is billed monthly or quarterly on a 12-month service agreement, with no extra fees. Aeration, overseeding and mulch installs are billed when the work is done.
Grounds maintenance
Weekly mowing, edging and trimming on a fixed route day, with a named crew lead for your property.
Common areas & entrances
Entry beds, amenity areas, detention ponds and right-of-way strips kept presentable for residents and buyers.
Turf & ornamental care
Fertilization, weed control and shrub care planned for the full year, with each application logged.
Mulch, Shrub & Tree Trimming
Fresh mulch installs sized to the property, plus shrub, bush and tree trimming to keep beds clean and shaped. Seasonal flower changes can be added on request.
Lot & walkway clearing
Litter pickup, blowing of lots and sidewalks, and edge cleanup so the first impression holds.
Property turnover support
One-time cleanups before a listing, closing or lease-up, scheduled around your timeline.
Commercial clients get one invoice per month, a proof-of-service note after each visit, and certificate of insurance on request.
